We are taking the most basic, boring breakfast item and going gourmet.

Pound Cake with Sweet Mascarpone
Pound cake, sliced and toasted


Mix together-



1 container Mascarpone cheese



3 TB Honey



1 TB Vanilla bean paste

Top toast with-



Strawberries



Mango



Berries



Or your favorite fruit



Dash of salt
Avocado Toast
Hearty Wheat bread, toasted


Layer-



Smashed Avocado



Lime juice



Sea Salt
Avocado Toast with Arugula Salad
Sourdough bread, toasted


Layer-



Avocado



Burrata or Mozzarella cheese



Arugula



Grilled Asparagus, cut into bite size pieces



Shaved Parmesan



Pistachios



Dressing- lemon juice and EVOO



Dash of salt and pepper
Mediterranean Toast
Pita bread or Naan, toasted


Layer-



Chive cream cheese



Hummus



Tomatoes, chopped



Cucumber, chopped



Olives, sliced



Green onion, sliced thinly



Feta cheese



(Jalapeño, optional)
Antipasto Toast
French Bread baguette, sliced down the middle and toasted


Layer-



Ricotta cheese



Salami, chopped



Tomatoes, chopped



Pepperochini peppers, chopped



Jarred red peppers, chopped



Olives, chopped



Mozzarella, chopped



Provolone, thinly sliced



Drizzle toppings with pesto, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fig and Prosciutto Crostini
Baguette, sliced rounds and toasted

Brie Cheese



Sliced Apple or Pear



Drizzle of honey
