Grilled Fish with Lemon Caper Sauce


1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 pounds fish fillets, cut in 6 servings*
1 package chicken gravy mix
1/4 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
2 tablespoons small capers, drained and rinsed
Fresh snipped parsley, optional garnish


Lightly brush fish with melted butter. Grill until fish flakes easily (approximately 10-15 minutes). NOTE: Fish may be pan fried, broiled or baked.

Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Stir lemon juice into thickened gravy. Add capers. Spoon lemon sauce over cooked fish; garnish with snipped parsley.

*Try fresh or frozen salmon, lake trout, herring, cod, halibut, perch, Pollock or other fish of choice. Fat content of dish will vary depending up fish choice.
