Grilled French Fries

Grilled French Fries
Baking potatoes – 1/2 to 1 per person
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoning (see below)
Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Scrub potato skins (do not peel), place in pan, cover with water; bring to a boil, cook until almost tender. Remove potatoes from water and set aside to cool.

Slice potatoes into thick cottage fries. Lightly brush with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Place fries on hot grill and cook until tender and browned. Remove from grill and while still hot sprinkle generously with seasoning and shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with Arctic Circle Fry Sauce.

Seasoning Mix:
1 tablespoon dried oregano flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Fresh ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients, mix well.
