Heart disease may seem like a generic term but it is a serious thing and is in
fact the number one killer of Utahns and Americans. Over 3,500 people died
of heart disease last year in Utah alone. Many things we do and are not doing
contribute to our heart health.
Athena Carolan from the states’ heart disease prevention program explains
that exercising regularly is a must and that maintaining a low-sodium diet is
always heart healthy.
