2 cups Lehi Pride Pancake Mix
1 ½ cup Water
½ cup Lehi Roller Mills Six Grain Cereal
Blend cold water and mix together using a fork or whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix. Set griddle at 375° F. Gently fold Six Grain Cereal into prepared pancake batter. Pour batter on hot griddle (lightly grease if necessary). Cook until bubbles break on the surface and edges begin to dry. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite topping.
