Herb Butter

Herb Butter
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs of your choice

Place the butter and chopped herb(s) in a medium bowl and combine. Transfer the butter
mixture to another bowl to use immediately, or roll into a cylinder on a sheet of plastic
wrap and freeze (will keep for about 3 month in the freezer).
