Rowena Montoya shares how to use these flavors all the way into Christmas!
Hot Caramel Wassail
1 gal apple cider
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 8.5oz can of pineapple juice
2-3 cloves in tea infuser/bag
2 cinnamon sticks
Put all ingredients in a large pot/crock pot, let simmer on low for 30 minutes and remove cloves.
Stir caramel into each cup until the delicious creamy flavor is reached.

Caramel Apple Pops
Mix of milk and dark chocolate
Caramel and candy topping of your choice
Dip the apples in pineapple juice to keep them from browning, then dip in chocolate. Drizzle caramel and candy toppings of choice! Let sit somewhere cool to dry for 30 minutes.
Inside out Caramel Apple
Core an apple dip it in pineapple juice. Pour caramel in the middle. Put it in the fridge to let it set and then slice it.
This creates a thick layer of caramel on each slice that can be dipped in chocolate, peanut butter or just enjoyed as is!
