Holy Moly Chicken

Holy Moly Chicken
Chicken Breasts (as many as people you are feeding, I use 2)
Paprika
Onion powder/salt
Garlic powder/salt
Ground sage
Mrs. Dash Table Blend
Crushed red pepper
Parsley Flakes
Italian Salad dressing
Shredded cheese for topping

(5-10 minute prep./20 min cook time) EASY!

I like to slice/filet my chicken breasts in half so they aren’t so thick, it cuts down cooking time and helps the flavors really cook into the chicken.

Spray the bottom of casserole dish with cooking spray or Olive Oil (I use a 9×9 for 2 pieces. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle with as much or as little as you like of the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground sage, crushed red pepper, and parsley flakes. Then generously coat with Mrs. Dash Table Blend (This is an excellent Salt-free healthy mix of spices that has a ton of flavor!) Rub the spices into the chicken.

Flip the chicken over and apply the spices to the other side (I leave the paprika off of one side so it isn’t too spicy.) Once coated on both sides with the seasonings, pour Italian dressing over the top of each breast just to coat it. Sprinkle again with parsley flakes to make it look cute.

Place in 400 degree oven and cook for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done. Then sprinkle with cheese and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.

Serve over rice or pasta and use the sauce from the cooked chicken…yummy!

The best part of this recipe is if you don’t have a spice mentioned, don’t use it, or if you don’t like a spice, use something else. The blend of spices got the reaction from my husband that a dish of mine has never received. “HOLY MOLY, That has a lot of flavor!”
Good luck.
