1 medium onion, diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons ginger
1 can water chestnuts, diced
Salt & pepper
Hoisin Asian Glaze

In a frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground turkey. Cook ground turkey until browned, and drain excess fat.

Next, add the garlic and onion and cook until onions are soft.

Next, add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and ginger. Mix well.

Add the water chestnuts and salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve.

For the Glaze, in a small bowl whisk together hoisin sauce, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, and honey.

Whisk until smooth.

Serve as an appetizer or as a meal with a side of rice.
