Artichoke, Lemon, Ricotta, and Chicken Pizza

1 recipe pizza dough
Grilled or rotisserie chicken
Paper thin sliced lemons
Paper thin sliced red onion
2-3 large basil leaves, snipped
Ricotta cheese
Artichoke pesto
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Goat cheese, crumbled
Asiago cheese, finely grated
Olive oil
Sea salt
Fresh cracked pepper

Heat oven or grill to 400 degrees. Form dough into round.
Lightly brush with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly
cooked.
Remove from oven and top crust with a thin layer of pesto and ricotta
cheese, followed by the chicken, lemon, onions, goat cheese, mozzarella
and asiago. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper if desired.
Return to oven or grill and cook until cheese is bubbly and melted. Top
with fresh snipped herbs.

Makes a 14 inch pizza
