There is no slowness in her step, no pining for travel and relaxing. Joanne Parker is a local playwright with 175 pieces in her repertoire. Now she has the perspective of 40 years owning and running a local live theatre, all the while having teenagers, cooking meals, driving carpool, holding play practice, teaching, directing – and basically doing it all.
Her wisdom is calming, her energy, infectious, and her legacy of hard work, unmatched.
