This is the best way to make scrambled eggs.
Everyone knows how to make simple scrambled eggs, but this technique will turn your basic breakfast into the most perfectly soft and sunny scramble. All scrambled eggs are made of the same thing. So, what could make a basic recipe even better? This super simple scramble method will change the way you make breakfast.
Chef Nettie Frank has mastered the trick to maximum flavor and fluff for the most perfectly soft and sunny scrambled eggs.
Nettie’s top tip for scrambling eggs: use a whisk! So many people will just use a fork to scramble the eggs all together, but Nettie says that won’t give your eggs the fluffy texture you want. It’s an extra step, but it will make all the difference in the end.
Always grease your pan with melted butter. Nettie prefers butter over cooking sprays and oils, as it gives the finished eggs a better texture and flavor.
Nettie likes to season her scrambled eggs with salt and pepper. Add the salt and pepper in the bowl with your cracked eggs so the flavor cooks right in. Add your additional toppings at the end. (ex. Cheese, tomatoes, green onions).
