Iggy’s Smothered Rib Eye
1 ea. rib eye steak
2 oz. mushrooms, cooked and cut into quarters
2 oz. onions, caramelized
5 oz. vegetables
8 oz. garlic mashed potatoes
2 tsp. garlic butter
Broil steak to order. As steak cooks, place mushrooms, onions and 1 tsp. garlic butter in saute pan and heat. Place finished steak onto 12″ platter, and top with onions and mushrooms. Add hot vegetables. Add garlic mashed potatoes, brushing them lightly with garlic butter. Serve.

Contestants will have from January 27, 2009 thru February 4, 2009 to enter. A panel of judges from Iggy’s will be judging on February 4-5, 2009 and the winner will be announced on February 6, 2009 on Studio 5. All decisions of the judges are final.
All entree entries must be submitted online, whether they are selected the winner or not. Iggy’s reserves the right to use any one or all of entries in all of their restaurants. Iggy’s also reserves the right to change original recipes submitted in order to accommodate a broader distribution.
