Jill’s Marinated Chuck Roast


Chuck Roast 5 lbs (2 inches thick)
Meat tenderizer

Work in meat tenderizer into chuck roast with fork(both sides)

Sauce:
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Sherry Wine(can also be cooking Sherry)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 TSP Ginger

Put chuck roast in glass pan with marinate
Marinate for at least 1 1/2 hors to 24 hrs(For best flavor, put in fridge for 2-3 days)
During marinate, turn meat over occasionally so both sides are equally marinated.

Grilling:
Grill over low heat for about 1 hr, turning occasionally .
baste marinate over meat periodically while cooking
