Keep it Cool Smoothies from Kneaders

Blueberry No. 5
1 1/2 cups guava juice
1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 ripe banana
(If using fresh berries, add one cup ice cubes)

· Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

· Makes two 12 ounce servings.

Strawberry Tsunami
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
Heaping 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
Heaping 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup peaches, fresh or frozen
(If using fresh fruit, add one cup ice cubes)

· Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

· Makes two 12 ounce servings.
Going Guava
1 1/2 cups guava juice
1 cup pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1/3 ripe banana
(If using fresh fruit, add one cup of ice cubes)

· Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

· Makes two 12 ounce servings.
