Kelsey’s Caramel Popcorn


1 C. butter

2 C. brown sugar

1/2 C. lt. corn syrup

1 tbsp. molasses

2 bags microwave popcorn (popped)


Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and molasses. Bring to a boil.

Boil for 3 1/2 minutes.

Pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Mix till caramel is evenly distributed.

*Store in airtight container.
