Do your kids have too much screen time? Here are limits to set for each age

You know you need to set screen time limits for your kids, but do you know just how much? Studies show that 8-18 year olds are spending 7 1/2 hours on screens everyday. For kids in this age range, their screen time should be considerably less.

Pediatrician with University of Utah Health, Dr. Christine Thuet, shares the proper screen time limits for particular age ranges. These limits are for entertainment content, like games and videos. Dr. Thuet also explains how too much screen time can affect kids’ sleep.
