Lemon Blueberry Muffins
1 package Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
lemon zest
Icing
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and stir just until moistened. Bake at 425 degrees
for 14-17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 2-3 minutes in the pan. Drizzle
with icing when cool.
Yield: 6 Muffins

Banana Nut Muffin Mix – Add 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix – Add 1/4 cup coconut
Strawberry or Wildberry Muffin Mix – Add 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
