1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon instant pistachio pudding powder
1 drop green food color
Combine all ingredients in a shaking container, cover tightly and shake (may also be stirred with a spoon or whisked). NOTE: May be made with just milk, but consistency will be runnier.
Cup of Gold
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately. (Recipe is an adaptation of “Frosty Pine-Orange Surprise” created by Elizabeth Ward found on www.3aday.org )
Place 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup yogurt in blender with peeled banana. Blend until smooth. Set aside. Peel kiwi and add to remaining milk and yogurt and the food color in blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour both parts into serving glass at the same time giving glass a twist while doing so.
