1 pound lump crabmeat, canned
½ cup celery, fine diced
¼ cup red onions, fine diced
1 tablespoon parsley, fine chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
salt and fresh black pepper to taste
juice of 1 lemon
Combine all of the above ingredients by hand and chill for one hour.
Method: Combine all of the dressing ingredients by hand and chill for one hour.
Method: Divide salad ingredients into 2 bowls. Place crab mixture on top of salad. Spoon dressing over top and serve.
