Macadamia Chip Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour*

Pre-heat oven to 3750 F

Beat together butter with white and brown sugars. Beat in vanilla, eggs and milk. Stir in chips and nuts.

Stir together salt, baking soda and flour. Stir flour mixture into eggs and sugar mixture; mix well. Drop by teaspoonful (or #30 scoop) onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes approximately 30 cookies

* NOTES: Measure flour by lightly spooning into measuring cup. Dipping cup into flour may pack four in cup, result in excess flour and create a dry cookie. If cookie spreads too far during baking, stir in additional flour.
