Amy’s Summertime Salad Bar
Salad Bar:
Greens: arugula, spring mix, butter lettuce
Cheeses: goat cheese, feta cheese, shaved Parmesan, fresh mozzarella
Fruit: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, watermelon, fresh pineapple, fresh mango, nectarines, etc.
Vegetables: rainbow radishes, Persian cucumbers, rainbow ribboned carrots, jicama
Herbs: torn basil leaves, fresh thyme
Nuts: pralines pecans, roasted pipitas, roasted pine nuts, macadamia nuts
