Make Packing a Breeze

Packing for vacation can be a pain, especially when it comes to jamming all those toiletries into a travel-size pouch!

Professional Organizer Annie Burdett with Modified Order shares tips to make packing for vacation easier than ever!

I headed over to one of my favorite stores, Target, and went straight over to the travel section and the dollar bin section over by the pharmacy. I found a few options to help make packing for a trip a lot easier!

Option One
If you are’t picky about certain brands to pack and you want something quick and easy, Target has a great option for men and women. One is called Man on the Go and the other is Woman on the Go. Both are filled with all the essentials like shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, etc., all compact in a great travel case and they are up to the TSA travel standards.

Option Two
Again, in the dollar bin area of Target or even Walmart, pick out your favorite name brand items and build your own travel kit with the items you think you will need/use.

Option Three
For the person that is really particular with the brands of shampoo/conditioner, lotions, soaps, etc. Target has these great travel bottles that are all TSA approved (3 oz. or less) You can fill them with your favorite salon products simply with a small funnel. Also, you can easily label them with a labeler or a magic marker so you can differentiate which product is which. I also recommend grabbing a great little travel bag to go a long with it. Not only does it have great pockets to store your items, it is compact and easy to use, you can find exactly what you need and it’s also cute!

Jewelry Storage
You can simply stick pairs of earrings through the holes of a button and place the backs on them. That way they stay together and they are easy to find to accessorize your outfit!
