Market Street Grill Chopped Seafood Salad

Salad Ingredients:
2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup green bell peppers, minced
1/4 cup red bell peppers, minced
1 cup fresh green beans, diced
1 cup cut corn, diced (frozen or canned)
1 cup peas (preferably fresh)
1 cup tomatoes, diced
½ cup bay shrimp
½ cup snow crab meat
2/3 cup dressing

Toss all of the above ingredients together, including dressing. Serve immediately on chilled plates.

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar

    Method for Dressing:

    Thoroughly mix dressing ingredients together. Toss with salad and serve.

    Note: This recipe is fun because it can be prepared as a side salad, a main course or an appetizer. You can also make this salad with a wide variety of different ingredients to suit your taste by adding additional vegetables such as zucchini, or by substituting cooked chicken or beef for the seafood. Serves 2.
