Go a little crazy. Try five deliciously different marshmallow desserts.
Mini Smore Tarts
1 pkg. (16 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. heavy cream
Mini marshmallows or homemade marshmallows
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 T sugar
Place the chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat the heavy cream until just before boiling. Pour hot cream over chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir gently until combined. Set aside. In a seperate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Mix until it comes together. Place the crumb crust into your tart pan, or cupcake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Pour chocolate mixture into cooked crusts, top with marshmallows and toast with your kitchen or plumbers torch or broiler. Watch carefully, as the marshmallows do burn easily.
