As the Olympics get closer, we get more and more excited to see the talent on an international stage. But closer to home, our kids are competing in sports and potentially feeling some mental strain. The pressure of success affects all athletes, and you can help your kids manage it.

If their sport is all you talk about with your child, you need build their identity off the field. It is always important to remind them that the outcome of a game, match, or competition does not equal their worth.
