Mini Wonton Tacos
24 wonton wrappers
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 small can mild diced green chilies
1/2 c. chunky mild salsa
1 c. Mexican blend cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin cups. Bake wonton shells about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and they hold their shape.
Meanwhile cook beef in skillet until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and chilies. Spoon ground beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
