Here is a special Halloween treat you might package up and deliver to your besties.

Monster Cookies
12 eggs, slightly beaten
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
8 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. butter, very soft
3 lb. peanut butter
1 large and 1 small container of quick oats (about 18 cups)
1 lb. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. M & M’s
Using very large bowl, crack eggs and beat slightly. Add sugars, vanilla, and baking soda and beat until combined with hand mixer. Add softened butter and beat until combined. Add peanut butter and beat. Add oatmeal a little at a time, when you can’t use mixer any longer use a long wooden spoon. Add chocolate chips and M&M’s. Set oven to 350 degrees. Using a large scoop place 5 scoops on large cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with one smack. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
