Mustard Herb Potatoes

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
8 potatoes

Combine mustard, oil, garlic, seasoning and basil. Scrub potatoes and cut into bite size cubes. Stir together potatoes with mustard mixture, be sure to coat all potatoes. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir 2-3 times during baking.
