16-20 Shrimp Cleaned and Deveined
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (Grey Poupon)
2 Tbsp Nasty Spice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Honey
Peel off the shell and leave the tip of the tail for holding.
Whip all ingredients together and place shrimp in bowl and marinate for at least 3 hours.
Grill shrimp for about 3 minutes. Remove from grill and run, so you won’t have to share.
1 Lb. Bacon thick sliced
12 or more whole Chicken Wings
Nasty Hot Wing Sauce
1 Cup of Nasty BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup of Franks Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup of Honey
Take a chicken wing, cut the tip off.
Then between the two bone side put a knife between the two bones and cut outward.
The other side of the main bone, filet the meat from the bone.
With the large bone and one of the other bones in one hand pry them apart and pull out the bones they should pop out by themselves but may need some coaxing.
Then pull all the meat to the end of the stick or wing bone.
Wrap each wing with bacon and push a toothpick through the meat and bacon.
After grilln’ the chicken wings with bacon for 13-18 min. or until done and cooked all the way though. (My wife likes the bacon crispy).
Dunk each wing in the Nasty Wing Hot Sauce dip and bake at 350 for about 10 min.
Place with the bone up and tell everyone they are bull horns.
