“These are not your ordinary donuts,” Melisa said. Parlor Donuts, a new franchise in Utah, is known for its unique dough that’s almost like a cronut.
Melisa’s favorite is the strawberry shortcake. “I literally ate the whole thing immediately in one second.” With gluten-free, vegan, and even pet-friendly options, it’s a must-visit treat stop.
K-ARI Spa
For a relaxing treat, Melisa recommended Keri Spa, a Korean skincare spa offering $20 facials. “They give you the pink robes, the pink blanket,” she said.
Perfect for moms, grandmas, or a girls’ day out, the spa offers a serene, open space great for parties or solo pampering. “I left with that glazed skin,” Melisa added.
The Picklr
Pickleball fans, rejoice! The Picklr in Lehi/Saratoga Springs is a brand-new, luxury indoor pickleball facility. “It is amazing… great air conditioning… and so many courts,” Melisa shared. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just picking up a paddle, this is the place to beat the heat and enjoy the game.
Logan Tabernacle Concert Series
For a dose of culture, head to the Logan Tabernacle for their free weekday concert series. “It’s so historic… featuring choirs, soloists, even speakers,” Melisa said. Held at noon each weekday, it’s a beautiful way to enjoy music and history without spending a dime.
Jellystone Park
Jellystone Park in Hurricane is a dream for families. “It’s a kid heaven,” Melisa said. With pools, lazy rivers, splash pads, and an obstacle course, it’s the perfect day trip or overnight stay.
“You can stay in a cabin, RV, or just go for the day,” she added.
