Creamy Orange Filling

Ingredients

• 6 egg yolks, beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• Juice from 2 oranges
• 2 tsp grated rind

Directions

Cook over med-high heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

Whip 2 cups heavy whipping cream.

Fold into first mixture.

Good served over angel food cake.
