“No-Sew Curtains” are a simple way to dress up any window. You will need a curtain rod attached to your window or wall above the window, depending on your desired curtain placement. You can use any material of your choice to drape over the rod. You can also use tassels or any drape tie backs or decor that coordinate with your color scheme.
For a wood valance over the window: you will need “L brackets” for attaching your constructed wood box to the wall and a battery operated screw driver. A staple gun and glue will be needed to attach the material to the valance. Also, you may use wallpaper of your choice or paint to decorate this valance.
Creativity and using materials already on hand make this a resourceful and inexpensive option for window treatments.
