32oz rolled out pizza dough
5 T softened garlic spread
1/3 C alfredo sauce
¾ C mozzarella cheeses
¾ C southwest style chopped chicken
1/3 C sliced mushrooms
½ C mozzarella cheese
½ C sliced tomatoes
Sprinkle chopped green onions
Smear garlic spread over crust; spread alfredo sauce over garlic spread. Sprinkle ¾ C mozzarella cheese, add chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle ½ C mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400⁰ for 20 min. top the pizza with the tomatoes and green onions. Enjoy!
1 pint heavy cream
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper
Heat heavy cream over low medium heat in a deep sauté pan. Add butter and whisk gently to melt. Sprinkle in cheese and stir to incorporate. Season to taste with freshly cracked black pepper.
