2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup sour cream
2 sticks butter or margarine
Measure everything into bowl. Mix well and beat for 3 minutes (do not underbeat). Put grated lemon peels last. Pour into greased/floured bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix and drizzle over cooled cake
