Open Faced Crab Sandwiches


1 pound imitation crab meat
2/3 cup celery, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1-2 green onions, thinly sliced, optional
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, optional
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 crusty rolls
butter


Break imitation crab meat into shreds, combine with celery, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, seasoning and mayonnaise; mix well.

Slice rolls and toast. Lightly butter rolls, spread with crab mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and toasty. Recipe serves 6.

Canned salmon (remove bones and skin); canned or fresh crab meat; tuna; salad shrimp
