Megan is a native of Salt Lake City, and has been a hair stylist and beauty consultant for over 13 years. Her award winning hair salon, Moore Hair Design has been a staple in the Salt Lake Valley for more than 10 years, and has been featured in American Salon magazine, Salt Lake Magazine, and Utah Bride and Groom.
Megan has always loved hair and makeup and has been beautifying her friends and family since the age of 16. It was that love of helping people look and feel their best that drove Megan to a career in the beauty industry.
In 2012 Megan began writing the beauty blog TheBeautySnoop.com where she aims to ‘snoop’ out the best of the beauty world and bring her findings to women around the globe. Her blog was named to Allure Magazine’s Top 3 Beauty Blogs of the Year in 2014, and it continues to grow and bring new opportunities for Megan.
Megan also attended the University of Utah where she earned her Bachelors degree in Human Development and Consumer Studies. She is a mother of two little girls who both inherited their mama’s sass, and is the wife to Tyson – who she says is her best friend and much better half.
Outside of the salon, Megan is an avid golfer and tennis player, loves to shop and travel, and hopes to visit all four Grand Slam Tennis Tournaments around the world during her lifetime with Tyson.
