Phyllo Wrapped Brie

Phyllo Wrapped Brie
1 ea Small Round Brie
5 Sheets of Phyllo Dough, (at your local Grocery store in the frozen dessert section)
A/n Warmed Melted Butter
1/8c Raspberry’s
1/8c Blueberry’s
1/8c Blackberry’s
1/8c Halved Strawberry’s
½ Vanilla Bean
a/n Mountain Flower Blossom Honey
1 tsp Fleur de Sel, or Kosher Salt
375 Deg Pre heated oven



Gather phyllo sheets and lay unfold one flat.

With a pastry brush spread melted butter, evenly over each sheet and lay on top of each other one at a time. Try to work quickly as the other sheets with dry out and flake.
When you have five sheets total, wrap over the small round brie. Fold over all corners and flip onto a sheet pan.
Brush over the top evenly and place the sheet pan in a pre heated oven of 375 Deg and bake for about 20 min or until golden brown. When done place to cool slightly and start the Berry Sauté.

Preheat a small pan and place a touch of melted butter.
Gather berries and sauté till coated with melted butter.
Add honey and cook slightly more. Add Vanilla Bean.

Place Phyllo Wrapped Brie on a plate, Add Sautéed Berries over the top.
