Pier 49’s Little Italy
½ cup ranch dressing
3 cups mozzarella cheese
21 slices pepperoni
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato sliced and quartered
¾ cup sliced pepperoncini’s
3 green onions whites included
½ cup precooked and crumbled sausage

Cover the pizza shell with ranch dressing. Sprinkle 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese over the dressing. Place the pepperoni 1 ½ apart. Sprinkle mushrooms, tomatoes, pepperoncini’s, and green onions. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Sprinkle the sausage over the cheese. Place in the center of oven at 400⁰ for 20 minutes and enjoy!

(This recipe will make one 16″ pizza)
Pier 49’s Dough Recipe
1 ¼ cups water @ 79⁰ F
1 ¼ tsp instant yeast
2 tsp margarine
3 ½ tsp vegetable oil
2 ¼ T powered sourdough starter (or you can substitute flour)
4 cups bread flour

Mix water and yeast together and let rest 5 min. Add margarine, oil, sourdough starter, and flour. Mix on low speed for 8 minutes. Form into dough ball and let rest for 30 min. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring out of fridge and roll into a 16 inch circle. Let raise for 2-3 hours until shell reaches ¾ inch in thickness. Poke several times with a fork and top as desired. Bake at 400⁰ for 20 min
