Pineapple Cheese Salad

1 3 oz. package jello, orange or pineapple flavor
3/4 cup pineapple juice, drained from can
1 20 oz. can canned pineapple, crushed
1 cup cheese, grated
8-12 ounces Fat Free Cool Whip
lettuce leaves
maraschino cherries

Drain juice from crushed pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Combine juice with jello and heat until gelatin is dissolved. Chill gelatin until partially set. Stir in well drained pineapple and the cheese.

Fold in cool whip. Spoon into mold and chill until firmly set. Un-mold on lettuce leaves. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
