Polynesian Pork Chops
4-6 lean pork chops (**sale** $2.99/lb.)
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple (**sale** Dole 10/$10.00)
1 cup barbecue sauce (**sale** Famous Dave’s 2/$4.00)
Place pork chops in a greased 3 ½ – 5 quart slow cooker. Combine pineapple and barbecue sauce in a bowl and pour over meat. Cover and cook on high heat 3-4 hours or low heat 6-8 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice (**sale** WF 5 lb. $3.59) with steamed broccoli and fresh pineapple (**sale** $0.99/lb.) on the side.
