- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 yellow onion- small dice
- 2 Roma tomatoes – small dice
- 1 bunch cilantro – chopped
- 1 lime – zest and juiced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Combine all ingredients together, season to taste.
Serve as a dip, appetizer, or over grilled chicken or fish.
