Pomegranate Guacamole: A fresh take on the classic chip dip

Pomegranate Guacamole


  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/2 yellow onion- small dice
  • 2 Roma tomatoes – small dice
  • 1 bunch cilantro – chopped
  • 1 lime – zest and juiced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper


Combine all ingredients together, season to taste.

Serve as a dip, appetizer, or over grilled chicken or fish.
