Pork Chop and Potatoes
3 pork chops, cubed
Paprika to taste
2 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box Loaded Au Gratin potatoes
1 cup sour cream
Cut up and cook pork chops in a 10-inch Dutch oven. Season with paprika, garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add Au Gratin potatoes and mix according to package directions. Add sour cream and cook for the amount of time listed on the package.
