4-5 boneless pork chops
(3/4 to 1″ thick)
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 large potatoes peeled, sliced or bite-sized chunks
1. Spray 9″x 13″ baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with Italian seasoning and
pepper. Arrange in center of baking dish.
2. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl then mix in the onion, margarine and flour.
Place potato mix in the baking dish and sprinkle with green pepper.
3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes
longer or until potatoes are tender and meat juices run clear.
