1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Italian blend cheese

Spread 1/2 cup cottage cheese in bottom of a 9″ greased pie plate. Add spinach mix. Top with 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Sprinkle Italian cheese blend on top. Mix together milk, biscuit mix, eggs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over ingredients in pie plate. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
