S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich
Old fashion graham cracker (Trader Joe’s)
Roasted/toasted marshmallow
Nutella
Moose tracks ice cream or similar
Spread Nutella on both graham crackers. Toast marshmallow and put on top of graham cracker. Top with ice cream and freeze.
Large Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
Buy prepared sugar cookie dough and bake making 2 large cookies according to package directions.
Mix berries with semi-melted vanilla ice cream and re-freeze.
Top sugar cookie with ice cream and top with other cookie. Re-freeze. Cut into pie shape slices.
Brownie Mint Chip Ice Cream Sandwich
One large 8×8 pre-baked brownie from the grocery store bakery. Unfrosted. Uncut.
Slice in half horizontally.
Fill with mint chip ice cream.
Freeze whole. Cut into individual serving squares just before serving.
