Exercises for Sexy Summer Legs
1) Hiking, incline training or stair-climbing: 20 minutes
2) Sprinting: 3 – 6 sets x 30 seconds
3) Leaning Lunges: 2 sets x 12 reps (each leg!)
4) Curtsey Lunges: 2 sets x 12 reps (each leg!)
5) Squat to Calf Raise: 2 – 3 sets x 15 reps (this helps the knee! and the calf!)
