Smoked Almond-Cheddar Cheese Ball

1 C. finely shredded cheddar cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes hot sauce
1/2 pound smoked almonds, finely chopped

1. Bring cheese and butter to room temperature and then add the remaining
ingredients except for almonds.

2. Form the cheese mixture into a large ball. Chill 4 hours, then roll in the
chopped almonds.

Serve with craskers or crudites.
