When it comes to scouting the weekend vintage market scene, “who are you shopping?” is a more important question than “who are you wearing?” So we’re turning the spotlight on local people who are curators, rather than just collectors, of vintage.
Jennifer Reed of 3 Dotters Vintage shares some up-and-coming vendors to watch.
