Steamer Clams
½ T. Salt
1 lb. 10-per-pound steamer clams
2 T. Butter (melted)
Rinse the clams and place in 1 ½ inches of salted boiling water. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until clams open. Remove and serve with butter.
